Seeing mostly King salmon the last couple weeks with a few steelhead mixed in. The fish have been moving on a constant basis anywhere from 30 to 100 fow. Best setups have been mag spoons off the boards and divers in green/glow. Water has been extremely cold again which has the fish scattered all over the water column, most our action has been in the top 35 feet.

Big fish have been showing up the last couple weeks. We have seen some truly trophy brown trout and big king salmon with a few coho, lakes and steelhead mixed in. The fish have been constantly moving, can’t seem to fish the same water more that a day or two without the fish moving. No particular baits are really hot as some days spoons work in the morning and then j-plugs in the afternoon then the next day they want stick baits. Spoons in greens, blacks and oranges have been best with plugs and stick baits in whites, blacks, golds and orange. Water temps have been ideal with temps from mid 40’s to mid 50’s, the only down fall is the fish can be scattered at times with so much ideal water temps. Should keep seeing more quality fish as we head into fall as the fish this summer have been finding plenty of food.
